In order to get a decent impression, you need a mighty hard grip.  I cannot do it, nor can I grip it hard enough to close/lock it in place.  
The boss has a mighty grip and can make it work.  He has to work at it but can do it.  He is not terribly impressed but has accepted the product.  Between us, we have other seals that work very easily.  
The ordering process, on the other hand, would be a 5 star rating.
