2 of 5 Wrong number on digital seal when ordering December 5, 2024

I Was not happy with the response to rectify the wrong license number on my digital seal. Was told that the order was archived, and it would take too much time to recover. This was within a few days of receiving the email containing the digital files. I was offered a discount code to order another seal, but I am reluctant to order from Acorn again. I was impressed with the quick turnaround but feel this should have been handled better.

If the error had been on our part, such as making the seal with the incorrect number, we would have absolutely taken care of it at no additional charge. However, since the seal was created based on the information provided during the order process, we would need to charge for remaking the seal and resending the files. - Acorn Sales

Acorn sales makes it so easy. I just gave them my info and they did the rest. I needed an electronic professional stamp for my State and once I typed in my information they sent me a proof the next day, I approved it and they sent my stamp in 7 different file formats. Couldn't have been easier and the price was super reasonable.
Very, very happy and I will definitely continue to do business with Acorn Sales.
