3 of 5 Fast delivery, product issues however November 27, 2024
Reviewer: Yevgeniy Gurevich from Fair Lawn, NJ United States
Hey Holly and Adam.  Acorn was prompt/responsive in executing my orders for digital, ink and embossing seals for my NJ architectural license.  However, there is an issue with the products rendering them unusable. First of all, the seals are too small compared to the state issued seal. Second of all, I am not legally allowed to use them as NJ issues their own embossing seal and licenses out its use to the professional.  This is my responsibility to know.  However, I do advise you look into this and consider warning your customers or avoiding filling these orders in the future.  Also, as FYI, the state seal only indicates the five digit license number without pre or post-fix.  I do not expect any kind of refund but since you are asking, this is my feedback. I have both an ink and an embossing stamp on my desk that I cannot use. Regardless of all that, I wish for you and your organization a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with joy, love and rest, and may God bless you.

1 of 5 desktop embosser November 16, 2023
Reviewer: Aavart Patel from Randolph, NJ United States
i was very disappointed this time as the seal was not made per NJ standards. the text was too small and when i contacted customer service they said there is nothing we can do since seal was made per state guidelines and proof was approved. i showed them comparison of seal from acorn 2 years ago and recent order. the text size for new one is half and barely visible when embossed. there is no size option to select when placing order.
i have reach out to NJ state board of architects and they are saying that ACORN is not preferred vendor. i have filed a case with them and will try to get graphical standards for seal.
i send impression of old and new seal and the size difference is clearly evident. checking size should not fall on customer as it has to  per state guidelines. i will file complaint with NJDCA as well. I hope Acorn would stand behind their product but customer service made it clear that they will not cooperate unless state rejects it. very disappointing.

We are sorry you feel this way. We show the seal design on the product page, sent you a proof of the seal and made it based on the way you approved it. The seal that you had previously ordered was altered by you during the proofing process which is why it was different from the most recent version.  The time to make changes to the seal image was during the proofing process. Our state board guarantee clearly states that we will remake it if it is rejected by the Board Office which in this case it has not been. - Acorn Sales

5 of 5 Great Customer Service! July 6, 2021
Reviewer: T Talbert from Philadelphia, PA United States
We accidentally entered the license number incorrectly and Acorn caught the error and contacted us.  We didn't even ask for a proof so this level of attention was completely unexpected and totally appreciated!
