I had to buy this stamp to use in the medical office where I work. I believe that it helps the staff to know what patients have a health alert that they need to be aware of right away. We stamp at the top of the patient's file for easy readability.

These stamps are perfect for using in any medical office. You place the stamp on the outside of the file folder of any patient that has a "HEALTH ALERT" that requires everyone's attention before administering any medication.

I bought this health alert wood and rubber stamp to use in my office. I work for a doctor and sometimes we have patients that have medical problems that need caution before we can treat them. This stamp alerts me and the staff to those issues.

This Health Alert stamp is needed in any medical office. It tells the staff members to be careful because this patient has something going on that needs special attention or treatment. I use red ink so that is stands out and can be seen easily.
