Having office stamps like this in the medical field is very important. This stamp alerts the medical staff that the patient has a serious medical condition that should be handled with care. Fantastic stamp for office communication.

It's good to have this stamp for patient records. If they have HYPERTENSION, the staff will see it immediately. There is no reason to read down through the medical chart to see if anything stands out as important.
