This self-inking stamp makes the words, "NOT IN BUDGET." There are many different ink colors to choose from. For my office work I chose to get the stamp with red ink which is fine for me and the paperwork that I do.

I enjoy using self-inking stamps like this because they are easy to use and make clear indications. The stamp tells other coworkers that the proposal is not in the office budget. No one likes to see this stamp.
