This stamp is perfect for any medical office. It is a warning to the staff doctors, nurses and medical assistants. The warning is placed at the top of the patient's file in red ink so that it forms an alert to everyone.

If a patient gets penicillin and they are allergic to it, they could get deathly ill. Having this stamp around to place at the top of a patient's file presents an immediate warning. Every medical office should have a stamp like this.
