I ordered this stamp to use in the doctor's office where I work. During flu season shots are given out throughout the day. This stamp makes it clear which patients have received the vaccine and on what date.

If you work in a medical office like I do, you will find this stamp helpful. It is great for placing at the top of a patient's file so that all of the office members know that the patient got their flu shot.
