The products are fine. The only issue I had was getting the tax-exempt status. When I originally placed the order, I did not realize there was an additional step for tax exemption purposes. The order had to be cancelled and reordered. However, in doing so I lost the 30% coupon off the reorder. The sales rep did let me know the discount would be lost but I was still disappointed.
