I decided to inquire about the seal. As I just received a survey which is perfect timing to indicate that my order was received but the method of shipping was not clear, as I'm waiting for shipment and being informed that my seal is sitting at the Richmond VA store for pick up. As I'm chatting with a CSR. I just received an email (like right now) that my order is available for pick up in the Richmond store when I'm located in Newport News, VA. #4 on the initial email clearly indicated I would receive an email with tracking information. Ship to: has my information.  Now I do see below that In store pick up but the ship to address is listed and I never received an additional email until the email I just received as I type this review. Not happy!!!
