The Self Inking State Seal Notary Stamp is a self inking stamp made out of durable synthetics so the stamp will be able to serve as a work horse. Stamping pads can be changed quickly or re-inked for thousands more quality rubber stamp impressions. Please note that the grand seal is not permitted to be used in all states. The list of states that do not permit the state seal on a notary stamp include but are not limited to AR, CO, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, IN, MD, MI, MO, ND, NM, PA, RI, SD, VT, WA & WY. The Self Inking State Seal Notary Stamp is good for about 5,000 stamp impressions and is available in several ink choices.
