All of our professional seals of stamps we produce are made to the state specifications, designated by your state board. We do offer a guarantee that our seals will meet your state specifications. Please note that electronic encryption or an electronic signature is not included with the purchase.

I ordered the wrong seal for public weigh master instead of professional engineer from the search catalog.
The order form was not clear and did not confirm seal type before production.
I was told that I needed to reorder for the correction for professional engineer seals.

Each profession has its category, and I see that you ordered the Public Weighmaster eSeal Electronic Image Stamp of Seal, so it was made as Public Weighmaster, which was also shown on your order confirmation, and you opted not to get a pdf proof.  Since it was a digital product and was made based on how the order was placed, you would need to order a new product from the Professional Engineer Category.
