The Regular Name and Expiration Stamp is a good reliable basic stamp, the Regular Name and Expiration Stamp does require the use of a separate rubber stamp pad, the regular hand stamps are the most economical stamp choices available. The Name and Expiration Stamp is not an official notary stamp for most states. It is a supplemental stamp designed to be used with an embossing seal or stamp. Some states have the required elements on the stamp to pass for notarization, but other states do not; please check with your state before you place your order.
