Ideal for notary offices or use on the road, this deluxe handheld seal package with MaxLight stamps comes with everything a notary could need. The pre-inked stamp in this package is a handheld style that doesn't use an internal or external stamp pad. Instead, the ink is absorbed into the die plate. It used oil-based ink and contains few moving parts so it's less likely to break after regular use.

The embosser can make up to 20,000 impressions. The embosser is also portable and is ideal for regular use with paper of 20 to 24 lbs. The supplemental stamp is available as an identification, jurat, certified copy, original document, or acknowledgment stamp. The package also comes with a notary record book for even more versatility.

Some States REQUIRE the use of an Inked Stamp, however there are notaries that prefer to use both the embossed seal in conjunction with their inked stamp. We DO NOT assume any liabilities for using the incorrect notary tool for your notarizations, along with selecting a style that will not conform with your state board. Again, if you are unsure, please check with your state board or refer to your notary manual before placing an order.

When Ordering your embossing seal the orientation refers to what direction on the sheet of paper the embosser comes in from. We have an equal number of requests for Top and Bottom orientation. Embosser Orientation is what direction of the page you would like the insert to imprint from. Choosing a TOP ORIENTATION is for when you want your embossed image to come from the TOP of the page for example in the use of stationary applications. BOTTOM ORIENTATION will imprint from the bottom of the page, for example if you were embossing Envelope Flaps with an Address Embosser - you want to select a Bottom Orientation. Same is true for a LEFT or RIGHT Side Orientation.
