Shipping Policy
We ship from our manufacturing facility located in Richmond, Virginia. Typically, standard shipping is sent by USPS but may ship by UPS depending upon package weight. Please allow anywhere from 3-8 business days from the time your order leaves our facility to the time of delivery. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air shipping options.
Our typical turnaround on most products is 24-48 hours, meaning once an order is placed it is ready for shipping in 24-48 hours. We operate on a very fast production schedule.
Proofs are typically emailed the same day. If the order is placed after our business hours or on the weekend it will be emailed on the next business day. Please be on the lookout for an email with your proof. You may also want to check your junk or spam filter. Please note PDF proofs will delay your order fulfillment since we do have to wait for your approval before we get your item into production.
Once the proof is approved, the order will go into production and typically is ready for shipping in 24-48 hours.
Shipping prices vary and will be calculated at the time of checkout. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air options as well.
Due to our quick processing times, you can only make changes to the shipping address within 30 minutes after the order is placed. After that, the production process will have started, and we will not be able to make further changes.
We apologize if you have not received your order, but it might not be lost.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check the following areas:
- Mailbox
- Porch
- Garage
- Any area out of potential weather hazards
- Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
- Your mailbox again, as some packages come separately from your regular mail
- Other people in your house or office who may have accepted it
The package may show as delivered but could take an additional 24 hours to arrive. If it has been over 3 days from the delivered status, please email our customer service team with your order number to start the process for a lost package.
No, typically we do not ship with a signature required on the package.

International shipping rates will vary and will be calculated at the time of checkout.
International shipping can take anywhere from 10-15 days or up to a month for arrival once it leaves our facility.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped. Shipping charges are paid to the carrier for transporting the package and are not refunded if an order is returned, refused, delayed in transit, or no longer needed.
No. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the refund would only apply to the eligible product cost and would not include any shipping charges. Please note that custom-made and personalized products are generally not eligible for return.
No. UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and other expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has shipped. Expedited shipping covers the carrier service selected at checkout and does not change our stated production time unless otherwise noted.
Once your order leaves our Richmond, Virginia facility, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect routing, missed delivery attempts, or other transit issues outside of our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable for carrier delays.
No. Once a package has been shipped and marked delivered by the carrier, shipping fees are non-refundable. Please check your mailbox, porch, garage, mailroom, front desk, neighbors, or anyone else who may have accepted the package. You may also contact USPS or UPS directly with your tracking number for more delivery details.
No. If a package is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed, or returned to sender by the carrier, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
If the order has not entered production or shipped, we may be able to cancel it and refund eligible charges. However, once the order has shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable. Due to our fast 24-48 hour production schedule, cancellation requests must be made as quickly as possible.
No. Shipping fees only cover the carrier delivery method selected at checkout. Production time and shipping time are separate. Most products are ready to ship in 24-48 hours, and shipping time begins once the order leaves our facility.
