Shipping Policy

We ship from our manufacturing facility located in Richmond, Virginia. Typically, standard shipping would be USPS but might ship UPS depending upon package weight. Please allow anywhere from 3-8 business days from the time your order leaves our facility to the time of delivery. We also offer UPS 2nd Day and UPS next day shipping.

Our typical turnaround on most products is 24-48 hours, meaning once an order is placed it is ready for shipping in 24-48 hours. We operate on a very fast production schedule.

Proofs are typically emailed the same day. If the order is placed after our business hours or on the weekend it will be emailed on the next business day. Please be on the lookout for an email with your proof. You may also want to check your junk or spam filter. Please note PDF proofs will delay your order fulfillment since we do have to wait for your approval before we get your item into production.

Once the proof is approved, the order will go into production and typically is ready for shipping in 24-48 hours.

Shipping prices vary and will be calculated at the time of check out. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air options as well.

Due to our quick processing times, you can only make changes to the shipping address 30 minutes after it is placed. After that, the production process will have started, and we will not be able to make further changes.

We apologize if you have not received your order, but it might not be lost.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:

1. Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check:
2. Mailbox
3. Porch
4. Garage
5. Any area out of potential weather hazards
6. Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
7. Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail
8. Check with others in your house/office that may have accepted it

The package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours. If it has been over 3 days from the 'delivered' status, please let email our customer service team with your order number to start the process for a lost package.

International Shipping rates will vary and will be calculated at the time of check out.

International shipping can take anywhere from 10-15 days or up to a month for arrival once it leaves our facility.
