Handheld Notary Seal Embosser

The complete order was messed up and I emailed and didnt get a response back. The embosser was broke and the preinked notary stamp was blank there was no seal. I never had problems in the past when I ordered prior years.

The pandemic made ordering and pickup somewhat inconvenient but overall things went well, everything considered. The representative with the colorful hair could have been more polite in my opinion though.

I have ordered my notary supplies from Acorn for many years now. They have always done excellent work & given fast shipping.

I had an old handle from a brand not carried by Acorn, but a quick call let me know which insert would work for it. When I received the insert it didn't fit, but a fast conversation with customer service determined I had inadvertently been sent the wrong one. They quickly remade and resent at no extra cost to me, and the corrected version works like a dream!

The only suggestion I would ask you to make is for Tourdat ideal medium or large seal. Have a picture of the handheld embosser that the insert goes with. It was tough to decide what seal to go with. So I picked small because that is what I have ordered in the past. I have a larger one however I do not what insert would fit.
