This deluxe soft handheld seal notary package with a supplemental MaxLight stamp is designed to meet the needs of a new or experienced notary public. Each of the packages includes a handheld embosser with a soft handle that is the right size and weight to be used in the office or other locations.

The embosser has a two-year warranty with a two-year warranty on the seal. The seal holds information about the notary including their commission number, name, and location. Also included in the package is a MaxLight stamp offered as an identification, jurat, acknowledgment, original documents, or certified copy stamp. The last item in the package is a notary record book that has space for writing down dates, names, types of documents, and other information while going through the workday.

Some States REQUIRE the use of an Inked Stamp, however there are notaries that prefer to use both the embossed seal in conjunction with their inked stamp. We DO NOT assume any liabilities for using the incorrect notary tool for your notarizations, along with selecting a style that will not conform with your state board. Again, if you are unsure, please check with your state board or refer to your notary manual before placing an order.

When Ordering your embossing seal the orientation refers to what direction on the sheet of paper the embosser comes in from. We have an equal number of requests for Top and Bottom orientation. Embosser Orientation is what direction of the page you would like the insert to imprint from. Choosing a TOP ORIENTATION is for when you want your embossed image to come from the TOP of the page for example in the use of stationary applications. BOTTOM ORIENTATION will imprint from the bottom of the page, for example if you were embossing Envelope Flaps with an Address Embosser - you want to select a Bottom Orientation. Same is true for a LEFT or RIGHT Side Orientation.
